Abundant Living gathers a talented team of professional instructors, guides, coaches, massage therapists, and fitness experts to meet all of your needs.  Owner and Operator Kathleen Jenkinson, is dedicated to empowering the lives of others in a fun and healing manner.  Kathleen is a certified personal trainer, skilled fitness professional and nutritional consultant. Her drive to make a difference in the lives of women led her to the title of Mrs Montana America in 2001 and a national title in 2003.  Kathleen’s inspiring writings, programs and fitness DVD’s touch souls and create change, she has affected the lives of women all over the world.  Kathleen strives for passion, laughter and beauty in every day. Lauren Zarewski is a multi talented woman full of adventure, charisma and talent.  She has played an intergral part in the develpment of Kathleen's empowerment programs for the last 7 years. Lauren presently resides in her home town of Lake Oswego Oregon.  As a Queen of Adventure, Lauren's uplifting and outrageous spirit touches women with a special energy bringing them joy and laughter. Lauren started working with Kathleen in the fall of 2004 unaware of the little blessings it would bring her. She trained with Kathleen in sensual dance and basic fitness. Training with Kathleen exposed her to the deep connection between physical and emotional health. Lauren uses her B.A. is Sociology from the University of Montana to connect with people of all walks of life.		Lauren Zarewski
