We use these forms not just for contact information but to get a sense of who you are and what kind of experience you are hoping to have.

1- Signing up for a Retreat :
Below is the questionnaire we use to gather your information. You will need to fill it out and mail it, or email it back to us to sign up for a retreat.

Your space is not assured until we get your payment due at the time of booking.
When we receive your payment, we will mail you a confirmation packet along with your invoice. You may make 3 payments, but entire fee must be paid in full within 45 days of event. The initial deposit is 1/3 cost of retreat and is non-refundable. There are group discounts so please refer to the Group Discount section to find out how to save on your retreat by bringing more friends, family, or co-workers along, or by being a return customer.
Cancellation policy for all retreats: *
- If you must cancel, the 1/3 deposit is not refundable *
- Full refund, less deposit, will be given with at least 60 days notice *
- Within 60 days of your event, 50% of the total (less deposit) will be refunded to you *
- Within 14 days of your camp, sorry but absolutely no refund will be given *
*no exceptions will be granted to the above policy.
Please note: We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of the above cancellation policies. We are unable to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next.
We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid to Abundant Living Retreats will be refunded. Abundant Living Retreats cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or tour cancellations.

How to receive a discount-Only 1 discount per participant, discounts come off final payment
- Bring a Friend and RECEIVE a special gift
- Return Retreat Attendee's RECEIVE 10% OFF
- Bring a Work Group, Office Staff or Club (4 or more participants) and SAVE 10% OFF your group fee
Additional Services
Massage Services will be available. Requesting services in advance is advised, pricing is $60 for an hour session. Upon arrival paper work will be handed out. You may sign up for additional services if available upon arrival. If weather permits massages will be provided in an on site tee-pee.
